Setting up email hosting
Create professional email addresses with your domain. Follow this guide to set up email hosting.
Step 1: Add Your Domain
- Go to Email in the dashboard
- Click Add Domain
- Enter your domain name
- Verify domain ownership
Step 2: Configure DNS
Add these records to your domain's DNS:
MX Records

Step 3: Create Mailboxes
- Click Create Mailbox
- Enter the email address (e.g., [email protected])
- Set a secure password
- Configure storage quota
- Click Create
Step 4: Access Your Email
Webmail
- Go to mail.osir.com
- Log in with your full email address and password
Email Client
Use these settings for desktop/mobile apps:
Incoming (IMAP)
- Server: imap.osir.com
- Port: 993
- Security: SSL/TLS
Outgoing (SMTP)
- Server: smtp.osir.com
- Port: 587
- Security: STARTTLS
Email Packages
Mailboxes are billed per package: each package sets the storage quota and the price, with monthly or annual billing. Enabling a domain for email is free - you only pay for the mailboxes you create. Current packages and prices are on the email hosting page.
Tips
- Use strong, unique passwords
- Enable two-factor authentication
- Set up email forwarding for team distribution
- Configure autoresponders for vacations
